It is our goal at Tri-State Christian Academy to properly prepare children for advancement with a mastered ability in work habits, social development, Christian morals and values, and a general knowledge in these programs. 

While loving and caring for your Kindergarten child in a safe environment, we intend to teach them they can with God’s help know and identify colors, shapes, and the alphabet; know how to hold a pencil and crayon properly; develop good manners, Christian moral and values; and know how the alphabet sounds phonetically. 

K3  Requirements: 

Child must be 2 years and 7 months old by September 1^st

1:00 – 3:00 p.m.  Monday, Wednesday, Friday (follows school calendar)

Child must be Rest Room Trained

Dress Standard:  Modest Apparel – no sandals (uniform shirt is optional)

     ½ Day:   8:00 – 12:00   Monday - Friday (follows school calendar)

              Full Day:   8:00 – 3:00 (follows school calendar)

KINDERGARTEN Full-Day PROGRAM

The K5 curriculum will develop your child’s language arts to read with basic phonetic skills; develop and write sentences.  They will develop mathematically by number writing, counting, and learning procedures and operations.  They will learn godly character traits, Biblical truths, and a Christian worldview.  They will know they are cared for and loved. 

 Achievement tests given in the spring will also determine how they have mastered this knowledge nationally with other students.  These tests help us to understand your child’s readiness for the first grade and  not to categorize their intelligence. 

     K5  Requirements: 

Child must be five (5) by September 15^th or have attended TCA’s K4 program

8:00 – 3:00   Monday - Friday (follows school calendar)

Dress Standard:  Uniform Shirt & Required Pants
